It is always difficult when your job is eliminated and you are living in a strange town. I contacted your company on Friday to get an estimate to move my household items back to Largo, Florida. Mike provided me the estimate I needed and we began our discussion of when you could pickup and delivery to Largo. I asked Mike what was the very soonest he could have your staff load as I was really anxious to get to Florida and was less concerned as to when they could deliver. Mike worked me into your busy schedule and your crew loaded me in Atlanta the next day and made the delivery to Largo, Florida on the following Thursday. I was so impressed with all of the employees I have worked with from the crew who picked me up in Atlanta to the crew the delivered in Largo. You did exactly what you said you were going to do. All of your crews were professional, polite and delivered exceptional customer service. When the crew in Atlanta found they were going to be late, they phoned and explained and kept me informed as to when they would arrive. Your website states that you delivery “Service, Quality and Value”. In today’s world, USA Express Moving is an exception not the rule.
